Leadership Development for Emerging Nursing Supervisors

 

In January, Cross Cultural Solutions delivered a three-day leadership development program for the AFQ Academy in Berlin.
The training targeted experienced nurses preparing to take on supervisory and ward-management roles.
Through a series of half-day interactive workshops, participants explored essential leadership principles, emotional intelligence, and practical tools for leading healthcare teams effectively.
The program emphasized hands-on learning and personal reflection, helping participants transition confidently from nursing professionals to team leaders.
