Leadership, Diversity, and Inclusion

 

During July and August, Cross Cultural Solutions hosted its annual three-day Summer Workshop on “Leading Intercultural Teams.”
The program was designed for leaders and managers working in diverse, multicultural environments.
Through case studies, simulations, and practical exercises, participants learned how to foster inclusion, build trust, and leverage cultural diversity as a strength.
This workshop remains one of the highlights of the year, combining professional development with a vibrant exchange among international professionals.
