In February, Cross Cultural Solutions conducted a specialized workshop for certified nursing supervisors at the AFQ Academy.
The session focused on time management, prioritization, and work-life balance, offering practical strategies to prevent burnout in the demanding healthcare environment.
Participants developed personal action plans to foster both professional efficiency and personal well-being.
